We are so close to opening! It's so hard to believe! I was just looking back at all of our old blog posts and how far we've come. It's just absolutely amazing! Our vision has never changed but so many of our plans have changed along the way. We've encountered many roadblocks, saw so many bills come in, problem solved entirely too much for my brain to handle but HERE WE ARE! Is this our opening week? We're not sure yet! Remember those roadbocks? We still have to pass city inspections and we don't know when they will be so all of our fingers are crossed right now. We've done all we can, we feel like we are ready! Hoping for some good news and an opening date very soon!
