Who Can Use A Membership?
Memberships are tied to the child, not the adult.
This means
Any trusted caregiver (parents, grandparents, nannies, babysitters, etc.) may bring the child
​Memberships cannot be shared between friends or multiple families
Only the child(ren) listed on the membership may use it.
Do Members Need To Make Reservations?
Nope! One of the biggest perks of being a member is that reservations are never required.
Members can come play anytime during regular open play hours without booking in advance.
Membership Billing & Cancellation
You can self-cancel directly through our website, or contact us by email or phone and we’ll take care of it for you.
Can I bring a Friend’s Child?
Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used for the child(ren) listed on the account.
Friends are always welcome to play — they’ll just need their own admission.
