👨‍👩‍👧 Who can use the membership?

Memberships are tied to the child, not the adult. This means:

• Any trusted grown-up (parents, grandparents, nannies, caregivers, etc.) can bring the child.

• Memberships cannot be shared between friends or multiple families.

📅 Do I need to make a reservation?

Nope! That’s one of the best perks — members never need to book a play time in advance.

Yes! You can self-cancel anytime through our website.

💳 How does billing work?

3 month memberships are pre-paid and we do not charge again. If you wish to renew it, you need to sign up again. 

Monthly Memberships renew automatically each month. If you need to cancel, just let us know before your next billing date.

🐥 Can I bring a friend’s child with my membership?

No, memberships are non-transferable and may only be used for the children listed on the account. Friends are always welcome, but they’ll need their own admission.
